Factors.ai Pricing in 2026: Plans, Add-Ons, and What the Repricing Changed
Factors.ai rewrote its price list in 2026: Basic is now $6,000 per year and Growth is $20,000. Here is the current plan table, the add-on math that inflates real bills, and where a lighter attribution tool makes more sense.
Sometime between April and July 2026, Factors.ai rewrote its price list. Basic went from $399 a month to $6,000 a year billed annually. Growth went from $999 a month, about $12,000 a year, to $20,000 a year, an increase of about 67%. The permanent free plan, which still covered 200 accounts in April 2026, disappeared and was replaced by a $199 per month Lite tier. If you are budgeting off a blog post that cites the old monthly numbers, throw the blog post out.
The repricing tracks a repositioning. Factors now calls itself "The AI ABM and Marketing Attribution Platform for GTM Teams", with Scout AI agents, G2 intent data, and an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner designation for B2B attribution announced in November 2025. Company identification runs on a 6sense OEM partnership covering 48 million companies across 200 countries, and Factors claims 50 to 65% average match rates globally, but that is a vendor claim, supported only by a benchmark Factors ran itself. In practice you are buying an attribution and ABM suite, with visitor identification as one module inside it, and the pricing now reflects that.
Below is the plan table as shown on factors.ai/pricing in July 2026, the add-ons that routinely double the sticker price, and a comparison with VisiLead, which goes after the same attribution problem at a fraction of the budget. One thing to know before you read on: I founded VisiLead. Every competitor number here comes from the live pricing page or attributed third-party research.

What the pricing page doesn't tell you
The 2026 repricing made old quotes worthless
Between April and July 2026, Basic moved from $399 per month to $6,000 per year and Growth moved from $999 per month to $20,000 per year, an effective increase of about 67% on Growth. Third-party review sites still circulate the old monthly figures, so budget from the live pricing page, not from a roundup written in 2025.
Add-ons that multiply the bill
LinkedIn AdPilot runs $1,000 per month and Interest Groups $750 per month, per pricing research from docket.io verified in April 2026. That same research found teams budgeting on the old $399 list price often pay two to four times that amount by month three; Basic plus both add-ons worked out to about $2,149 per month effective cost.
Annual contracts above the Lite tier
Only Lite is displayed with monthly billing. Basic, Growth, and Enterprise are shown as annual prices of $6,000, $20,000, and $30,000 and up, so the realistic entry commitment for anything beyond the starter tier is a full year. No monthly escape hatch is published for those plans.
Two usage meters, one upgrade path
Every plan caps both monthly tracked users and companies identified per month, and hitting either ceiling pushes you toward the next tier or overage purchases at $100 per 500 additional accounts per month. Seats beyond the plan allotment cost $25 per month each, which adds up on GTM teams larger than the 3 to 10 seats the lower plans include.
The free plan is gone
Factors offered a permanent free plan covering 200 accounts with 1 month of data retention as recently as April 2026. It has been removed, though as of July 2026 the pricing page title still referenced 'Free'. A trial remains via the 'Try for Free' button; third-party sources cite 14 days with no credit card, but the page itself does not state the length.
How Factors.ai pricing compares to VisiLead
On attribution, Factors is the closest tool to VisiLead in this category, which is exactly why the price gap matters. Factors stitches together LinkedIn, G2, CRM, and web data for multi-touch attribution; VisiLead runs a channel-to-CRM-to-closed-revenue attribution loop plus visitor identification off one tracking script you install in about two minutes. VisiLead's Scale plan is $299 per month, or $3,588 per year, with 2,500 identification credits, revenue attribution by channel through your CRM, 90-day history, SSO, audit logs, and a dedicated account manager. That is about 60% of the cost of Factors Basic and less than a fifth of Factors Growth. One capability difference cuts in VisiLead's favor: Factors identifies companies only, and its own help center says it cannot provide the email or phone number of a visitor who did not fill out a form. VisiLead identifies companies globally and individual people on US traffic, and a credit is only spent when a visitor is actually identified.
Factors earns its price when LinkedIn ads are a core channel and you need campaign-level attribution, audience syncing, and ABM orchestration across a ten-seat GTM team. Its AdPilot tooling and LinkedIn Company Intelligence API integration have no equivalent in VisiLead, and its identification volumes (1,500 to 8,000 companies per month) run well above VisiLead's credit counts. It is the wrong buy if your actual question is who is on my site and which channels turn into revenue: you would be paying $6,000 to $20,000 a year plus add-ons for reporting depth you will not use, and G2 reviewers repeatedly flag a steep learning curve and setup that takes real time. VisiLead's free plan (10 credits, no credit card) and $29 Starter let you test the same core loop before committing anything close to four figures, with month-to-month billing and 20% off if you later choose annual.
Is Factors.ai worth it?
Factors.ai is a legitimate attribution platform, and for GTM teams spending seriously on LinkedIn ads, the $20,000 per year Growth plan plus AdPilot can pay for itself in reallocated ad budget. But the 2026 repricing raised Growth by about 67%, moved every plan above Lite onto annual billing, and add-ons take real bills to two to four times list price. The platform also never tells you which person visited your site. If you need attribution plus identification on a budget of hundreds per month, VisiLead's plans start at $29 and nothing on the price list crosses $300, billed month to month.
Factors.ai pricing FAQ
How much does Factors.ai cost?+
Factors.ai costs $199 per month for the Lite plan, $6,000 per year for Basic, $20,000 per year for Growth, and $30,000 and up per year for Enterprise, per its pricing page in July 2026. Add-ons cost extra: pricing research from docket.io verified in April 2026 documented LinkedIn AdPilot at $1,000 per month and Interest Groups at $750 per month, plus $100 per 500 additional accounts per month and $25 per month per extra seat.
Does Factors.ai have a free plan?+
No. Factors.ai removed its permanent free plan, which covered up to 200 accounts, sometime between April and July 2026; the cheapest option is now the $199 per month Lite tier. A free trial is still offered, and third-party sources cite 14 days with full features and no credit card required, though the pricing page itself does not state the trial length.
Did Factors.ai raise its prices in 2026?+
Yes, substantially. Between April and July 2026, Basic moved from $399 per month to $6,000 per year on annual billing, Growth moved from $999 per month (about $12,000 per year) to $20,000 per year, an increase of about 67%, and the permanent free plan was removed and replaced by a $199 per month Lite tier.
Is Factors.ai worth it?+
Factors.ai is worth it if LinkedIn advertising and multi-touch attribution are central to your GTM motion and you have $6,000 to $20,000 per year plus add-on budget. It holds a 4.5/5 rating on G2 from about 181 reviews, with specific praise for LinkedIn ad ROI measurement and real-time intent insights. The recurring complaints are a steep learning curve, complexity from feature breadth, and restrictive report customization, so small teams that mainly want visitor identification and channel attribution often end up overpaying.
Can Factors.ai identify individual website visitors?+
No. Factors.ai identifies companies only; its own help center states it is not possible to provide the email IDs or phone numbers of website visitors who do not fill out a form. The person-level engagement shown in its marketing comes from CRM records, LinkedIn ad engagement, and G2 intent signals, not from de-anonymizing visitors. If you need person-level identification, VisiLead identifies individual visitors on US traffic, plus companies globally, starting at $29 per month.
What is a cheaper alternative to Factors.ai?+
VisiLead is the closest lower-cost alternative on attribution: plans run from a free tier with 10 credits through Starter at $29 per month, Growth at $79, and Scale at $299 per month with revenue attribution by channel through your CRM. That is $3,588 per year at the top plan versus $6,000 per year for Factors Basic. The trade-off is scale: Factors includes much larger company-identification volumes and deeper multi-touch reporting, while VisiLead adds person-level identification on US traffic and month-to-month billing.
Does Factors.ai require an annual contract?+
Every plan except Lite is priced annually. Basic at $6,000, Growth at $20,000, and Enterprise from $30,000 are displayed as per-year prices on the July 2026 pricing page, while Lite at $199 per month is the only monthly-billed option. As recently as April 2026, Basic and Growth were sold at $399 and $999 per month, but those monthly prices no longer appear.
