Clearbit Pricing: What It Costs Now That It Only Exists Inside HubSpot

Clearbit has no standalone price anymore. Here is what the enrichment, buyer intent, and credit costs look like inside HubSpot in 2026, and what legacy Reveal users actually pay now.

Clearbit stopped being a product you can buy in 2025. HubSpot acquired the company at the end of 2023, renamed it Breeze Intelligence, then spent 2025 dismantling everything that lived outside the HubSpot walls. The free Clearbit platform, Clearbit Connect, the Weekly Visitor Report, and the TAM Calculator were all shut down on April 30, 2025. The free Logo API followed on December 8, 2025. HubSpot is even retiring the Breeze Intelligence name itself; since September 2025 the feature set is being folded into plain "data enrichment" inside Smart CRM. So if you searched "Clearbit pricing" hoping for a plans page, there is no Clearbit price to find.

What exists instead is a two-layer cost structure inside HubSpot. Layer one is genuinely good news: since September 2025, standard contact and company enrichment is included free with any paid HubSpot plan, down to the Marketing Hub Starter tier listed at $7 per seat per month as of July 2026, and it consumes no credits. Layer two is where money changes hands. Buyer intent, the descendant of Clearbit Reveal, costs 10 HubSpot Credits for every company it auto-adds to your CRM. Smart Properties cost 10 credits per property per record. Credits run $0.010 each, sold in packs of about $10 per 1,000 credits per month, with Starter plans including 500 credits monthly, Professional 3,000, and Enterprise 5,000.

For legacy Reveal and Connect users the question is starker: there is no standalone path left, not even an API for non-HubSpot CRMs. You either buy into HubSpot or you switch vendors, and 2026 migration write-ups describe exactly that churn happening. This page lays out what each route actually costs.

What the pricing page doesn't tell you

Mandatory onboarding fees on Professional and Enterprise

The $800/mo Professional price for Marketing Hub comes with a required $3,000 onboarding fee, and Enterprise adds $7,000 on top of $3,600/mo. Both tiers are typically sold on annual commitments, so the real first-year cost of "Clearbit inside HubSpot Professional" is $12,600 before you buy a single extra credit.

Credits expire every month with no rollover

HubSpot Credits reset monthly whether you used them or not, so a quiet month is simply lost budget. Reviewers have flagged credit unpredictability as a recurring complaint since the June 2025 migration, especially for teams with seasonal or uneven traffic.

The auto-upgrade clause on credit capacity packs

If you exceed the credit capacity pack you purchased, HubSpot automatically upgrades your account to the next pack tier, billed for the remainder of your annual contract. You can only downgrade at renewal, so one busy month can raise your bill for the rest of the year.

Visitor identification is metered per company added

Buyer intent, the feature that replaced Clearbit Reveal, charges 10 HubSpot Credits for every company it auto-adds to your CRM. On Starter's 500 included credits, that is 50 companies a month before you are buying packs, and the feature stays company-level: you still do not learn which person visited.

The Breeze Credits conversion changed the math mid-contract

Between June 2 and June 15, 2025, HubSpot converted legacy Breeze Credits into unified HubSpot Credits at a rate of 100 Breeze Credits to 3,000 HubSpot Credits. Anyone budgeting on the old unit had to re-learn what their allowance actually covered, and G2 reviewers cite the migration as the point where credit costs became hard to predict.

How Clearbit pricing compares to VisiLead

If HubSpot is already your CRM on a paid plan, the honest answer is that the Clearbit data is close to free and you should switch it on. Standard enrichment consumes no credits, the G2 crowd rates the data quality well for US and UK mid-market targets (4.4/5 across about 628 reviews on the Clearbit listing), and Professional's 3,000 included credits cover about 300 auto-added companies a month via buyer intent. VisiLead cannot match "included with software you already pay for." What VisiLead charges instead: Free plan with 10 credits and no credit card, Starter at $29/mo for 100 credits, Growth at $79/mo for 500, Scale at $299/mo for 2,500, with annual billing saving 20%. A credit is one successfully identified company or individual person; unidentified visitors cost nothing.

The calculation flips if you are not a HubSpot customer, or if you need to know who visited rather than which company did. Buying an $800/mo suite plus $3,000 onboarding to get company-level reverse-IP matching is a lot of committed spend for one feature, and HubSpot's buyer intent does not de-anonymize individual visitors at any price. VisiLead identifies companies globally and individual people on US traffic, ties visits to channels and closed revenue through your CRM on the Scale plan, and takes about two minutes to install with one tracking script. It also syncs into HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, so choosing it does not mean leaving your CRM, it means not being forced to buy a bigger one.

Is Clearbit worth it?

There is no Clearbit purchase decision anymore, only a HubSpot one. Teams already paying for HubSpot should turn enrichment on, since it costs nothing extra, and budget credits for buyer intent at 10 per company added. Teams outside HubSpot face a $7 per seat entry point, an $800/mo Professional tier for serious use, mandatory onboarding fees, and company-level visitor data at the end of it. For visitor identification on its own, a dedicated tool like VisiLead at $29 to $299 per month goes further, including person-level identification on US traffic.

Clearbit pricing FAQ

How much does Clearbit cost in 2026?+

Clearbit has no standalone pricing in 2026; it is sold only as data enrichment inside HubSpot, so the real cost is a paid HubSpot plan plus usage credits. Standard contact and company enrichment has been included free with any paid HubSpot subscription since September 2025, with Marketing Hub Starter listed at $7 per seat per month and Professional at $800 per month plus a $3,000 onboarding fee. Usage-metered features like buyer intent and Smart Properties draw on HubSpot Credits at $0.010 per credit, sold in packs of about $10 per 1,000 credits per month.

Does Clearbit have a free plan?+

No. HubSpot discontinued all of Clearbit's free tools on April 30, 2025, including the free Clearbit platform, Clearbit Connect, the Weekly Visitor Report, and the TAM Calculator, and shut down the free Logo API on December 8, 2025. HubSpot's free CRM still exists, but enrichment and buyer intent require a paid Starter or higher subscription.

What happened to Clearbit Reveal?+

Clearbit Reveal became HubSpot's buyer intent feature, which identifies visiting companies by reverse-IP matching and auto-adds them to your CRM at a cost of 10 HubSpot Credits per company. It remains company-level only; it does not tell you which individual person visited your site. There is no standalone Reveal product or API left, so legacy Reveal users must either subscribe to HubSpot or move to another visitor identification tool.

What are HubSpot Credits and how do they affect Clearbit pricing?+

HubSpot Credits are the usage currency behind the old Clearbit features: buyer intent costs 10 credits per company auto-added and Smart Properties cost 10 credits per property per record, at $0.010 per credit or about $10 per 1,000 credits monthly. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of 500 credits on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, and 5,000 on Enterprise. Credits expire each month with no rollover, and exceeding a purchased capacity pack automatically upgrades you to the next pack tier for the remainder of your annual contract.

Is Clearbit (Breeze Intelligence) worth it?+

It is worth using if you already pay for HubSpot, because standard enrichment is included free with any paid plan and reviewers rate the data well for US and UK mid-market companies (4.4/5 from about 628 reviews on Clearbit's G2 listing). It is a poor deal if visitor identification is the main thing you want, since that means buying a full HubSpot subscription to get a company-level intent feature metered at 10 credits per identified company, with reviewers also noting weaker data on small companies and outside the US, UK, and Western Europe.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Clearbit for website visitor identification?+

Yes. VisiLead starts at $29 per month for 100 identification credits, where a credit is one successfully identified company or individual person, and it offers a free plan with 10 credits and no credit card required. Unlike HubSpot's buyer intent, which is company-level only, VisiLead identifies individual visitors on US traffic as well as companies globally, and it syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, so you can add it without changing your CRM.

Can I still use Clearbit without HubSpot?+

No. After the free tools were shut down in April 2025 and the free Logo API in December 2025, no standalone Clearbit product or API remains for non-HubSpot CRMs; enrichment and buyer intent are available only inside a paid HubSpot subscription. Teams that piped Clearbit data into Salesforce or other CRMs have had to migrate, and multiple 2026 write-ups document that migration as an active churn event.

Know what you pay for, and what it returns

VisiLead starts free and tells you which channels actually close revenue. $29/mo entry, no annual lock-in, no sales call.
