Plans, credits and limits

What each plan includes, what one credit buys, and exactly what happens when you reach your plan's limit.

Reflects product behavior as of September 2026.

VisiLead has four plans. Free is $0 with 10 one-time credits. Starter is $29/mo with 100 credits per month, Growth is $79/mo with 500, and Scale is $299/mo with 2,500.

Every plan runs the same identification engine: companies worldwide, individual people on US traffic, ICP scoring, multi-channel attribution, Slack, email and webhook alerts, and CSV export. Plans differ on volume: monthly credits, websites, retargeting popups and the reporting history each plan includes.

There is no cap on how many visitors are tracked. The limit is on new identifications: once a month's credits are used, new companies and people stop being revealed until the next billing cycle or an upgrade, while tracking carries on.

Before you start

  • A VisiLead account; the Free plan needs no credit card
  1. 1

    Compare the plan allowances

Free: 10 one-time credits, 1 website, 1 retargeting popup, 7-day history. Starter ($29/mo): 100 credits per month, 1 website, 1 popup, 14-day history. Growth ($79/mo): 500 credits per month, 3 websites, 5 popups, 30-day history and priority support. Scale ($299/mo): 2,500 credits per month, unlimited websites and popups, 90-day history and a dedicated account manager.

  2. 2

    Know what one credit buys

1 credit is spent when VisiLead reveals a company or a person for the first time on your account. One visit can reveal both a new company and a new person, which spends 2 credits. Credits come from one pool shared by all your websites, and a company that visits two of your sites is still one company.

  3. 3

Know what never costs a credit

Repeat visits, returning visitors, companies you have already identified, unidentified traffic, matches below 50% confidence and junk networks (government, education, residential ISP and webmail) never spend a credit.

  4. 4

Size the plan to new companies, not traffic

Your first month uses the most credits because every company is new; after that, returning companies are free and usage drops. Start on Free or Starter, check your usage under Dashboard > Subscription, and move up when you see where you land.

  5. 5

    Change plans

Upgrade or downgrade from Dashboard > Subscription. Upgrades apply immediately with the higher credit allowance; downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.

What happens at zero credits

New identification pauses until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle, or until you upgrade. Tracking never stops: visits, sources and engagement keep recording, and companies you already identified are still recognized when they return. Visits that arrive while paused are not identified retroactively.

No add-on packs, no rollover

Credits are sold as part of a plan. There are no top-up packs, and unused credits do not roll over, so if you regularly run out, the next plan up is the way to get more volume.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a monthly limit on identified companies in VisiLead?+

Yes, set by your plan's credits: 100 per month on Starter, 500 on Growth and 2,500 on Scale, plus 10 one-time credits on Free. Each newly identified company or person uses 1 credit; repeat visits and returning companies are free. When a month's credits are used, new identification pauses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade, while tracking continues.

Does VisiLead charge per user or per seat?+

No. Pricing is per plan, based on identification credits. Each account has a single login today; team invites are not available yet.

Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?+

No. There are no add-on credit packs. To get more monthly credits, move to the next plan; upgrades apply immediately.

Do unused credits roll over?+

No. Credits reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not carry over.

How many credits does one visit use?+

Zero to two. A visit that reveals a new company uses 1 credit, a visit that also reveals a new person (US traffic) uses 2, and a visit from an already identified company or an unidentifiable visitor uses none.

Which plans include person-level identification?+

All of them, including Free. Person-level matches only resolve for US traffic, and each newly revealed person uses 1 credit.

Is the Free plan a trial?+

No. Free has no time limit and needs no credit card. It includes 10 one-time credits, 1 website and 1 retargeting popup, enough to see real companies from your own traffic before choosing a paid plan.
