Multiple websites and agencies
Run several websites or client sites under one login, with a tracking ID per site and pooled credits and leads.

One VisiLead login can track several websites. Free and Starter cover 1 website, Growth covers 3 and Scale covers unlimited websites. Each website you add gets its own tracking ID, so every site runs its own snippet.
Identification, credits and leads are shared across the account. A company is one record no matter how many of your sites it visits, credits come from one monthly pool, and identified companies and people land in one lead list.
That shape fits a company running a product site, a docs site and a blog. Agencies should read the limits below first: per-client dashboards, client sub-accounts, team invites and white-label reports are not available yet.
Before you start

Add each website
Open Dashboard > Settings > Tracking and add the site's domain with an optional name. Each website gets its own tracking ID starting with vl_.

Install that site's snippet
Paste the snippet with the site's own tracking ID into a layout that renders on every page of that site, then click Verify or check that visits appear in the dashboard.

Set goals and popups per site
Conversion goals and retargeting popups are configured per website, so each site can have its own signup, demo or pricing-page goals and its own popups.

Decide how to separate clients
Leads and credits are pooled across every site on the account. If you need strict per-client separation today, for reporting or data-access reasons, run one VisiLead account per client; the Free plan lets you test on a client site first.
Not available yet for agencies
Per-site or per-client dashboards, client sub-accounts, team invites and white-label reports are not available. Leads and credits from every site on an account are pooled.
A company counts once across your sites
Companies are deduplicated by domain across the whole account, so a company that visits two of your sites spends 1 credit, not 2.
Frequently asked questions
Does VisiLead have an agency plan for multiple client accounts under one login?+
There is no separate agency plan. Growth ($79/mo) covers 3 websites and Scale ($299/mo) covers unlimited websites under one login, with pooled credits (500 and 2,500 per month) and one shared lead list. Per-client dashboards, client sub-accounts and white-label reports are not available yet, so agencies that need strict client separation run one account per client.
How many websites can I track?+
1 on Free and Starter, 3 on Growth and unlimited on Scale. Each website gets its own tracking ID and snippet.
Are credits shared across websites?+
Yes. Credits come from one monthly pool per account, and a company is identified once no matter how many of your sites it visits.
Can I see leads per website?+
Not yet. Identified companies and people from all sites appear in one lead list. Conversion goals and retargeting popups are set per website.
Can I white-label VisiLead for clients?+
No. White-label dashboards and reports are not available. Agencies share CSV exports or build client reports from webhook data in their own tools.
Can I invite teammates or clients to an account?+
Not yet. Each VisiLead account has a single login today; team invites are not available.
