Visitor Queue alternatives: a migration guide

visitorqueue.com now redirects to leadinfo.com. Seven vetted replacements with verified pricing, plus the two things to do before your account migrates.

Your visitor identification tool just got acquired. Visitor Queue announced the Leadinfo deal on January 20, 2026, and by July visitorqueue.com was 301-redirecting to leadinfo.com. If you are a customer, you now have practical questions with no published answers: when your account migrates, whether your $39 USD plan becomes a €49-69 plan, what happens to your lead history, and whether the North-America-friendly database you bought gets replaced by a Europe-first one. The only official statement is a promise of 'a smooth transition to maintain customer support and product continuity.'

This page is a migration guide. First, the specific reasons the default Leadinfo path may not fit you. Then seven alternatives with verified entry pricing, starting with our own tool, VisiLead, framed as honestly as we can manage. Whatever you choose, export your lead CSVs before your migration date. Nobody has published data-retention terms, and it is much easier to keep records you did not need than to recover ones you lost.

Why teams look for Visitor Queue alternatives

The migration terms are unwritten

No timeline, pricing protection, or feature-parity commitment has been published for migrated Visitor Queue accounts. The only official statement is a promise of 'a smooth transition to maintain customer support and product continuity.' That leaves your renewal date, your rate, and your data retention up in the air until Leadinfo tells you otherwise.

Small North American accounts pay more, in euros

Visitor Queue charged $39/mo for 100 identified companies. Leadinfo's Starter tier runs €49/mo billed annually (€69 monthly) for 50. That is half the volume at a higher price, plus currency exposure your finance team never signed up for.

The old complaints do not get fixed

Visitor Queue's recurring reviewer complaints were bot traffic eating the quota (one Capterra reviewer counted about 700 bot visits a month, and a 2026 review estimated 30-50% of quota lost on some accounts) and company-level-only identification that left you researching the actual visitor by hand. Leadinfo identifies at the company level too, so at minimum the person gap follows you through the migration.

The database's center of gravity moves to Europe

Visitor Queue was built in London, Ontario with North-America-friendly data, which is exactly why it worked for US and Canadian SMBs. Leadinfo is a GDPR-first platform with 9,000+ European clients. That is a strength if you sell into Europe and an open question if your pipeline is American.

The best Visitor Queue alternatives compared

1. VisiLead

Free plan (10 credits, no card); paid from $29/mo for 100 credits

Best for: Former Visitor Queue users with mostly US traffic who want the visitor, not just the company

Full disclosure: this is our product. VisiLead identifies companies globally and individual people on US traffic, and a credit is only spent on a successful identification, so bot and ISP traffic never touches your quota. Setup is one script and about two minutes, with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, and Zapier integrations. We will not quote a match rate, because match rates depend on your traffic; the free plan exists so you can measure ours against anyone else on this list.

2. Leadinfo

€49/mo billed annually (€69 monthly) for the Starter tier, 0-50 identified companies; 14-day trial, no free plan

Best for: Taking the official migration path with the least disruption

This is where your Visitor Queue account is headed by default. Leadinfo is a team.blue brand claiming 9,000+ European clients, named a G2 High Performer and Momentum Leader in summer 2025, and Visitor Queue was its fifth acquisition since joining team.blue in 2022. Identification is company-level with strong European data. If your buyers are in Europe and you would rather not re-implement anything, accepting the migration is a reasonable call; just get your pricing in writing first.

3. Leadfeeder

€79/mo (Discover, billed annually; €113/mo monthly); free Lite tier

Best for: Teams that want a free company-level tier from an established vendor

Dealfront rebranded back to Leadfeeder in March 2026, a name-only change with contracts and pricing explicitly unchanged. The free Lite plan shows your last 100 identified companies per month with 7 days of history and unlimited users, which makes it an easy zero-risk test alongside whatever else you trial. Company-level only. Note that the often-cited €99/mo entry price is stale; the Discover plan starts at €79/mo billed annually.

4. Snitcher

$49/mo (annual billing, 0-50 companies identified); ~$79/mo month-to-month

Best for: The closest like-for-like Visitor Queue replacement

Bootstrapped, independent, and around 18 people, so another acquisition surprise is less likely than average, though never impossible. Company-level identification with a recent push into intent signals, webhooks and an MCP integration in beta, and an Attio CRM integration. No free tier; listings showing $0 refer to the 14-day trial. USD pricing, self-serve, and SMB-shaped, which makes it the closest thing on this list to what Visitor Queue actually was.

5. RB2B

$79/mo (Starter, person-level); free company-level tier with 150 resolutions/mo

Best for: Person-level US identification pushed straight to Slack

RB2B identifies the actual person visiting your site, US traffic only. Know about the January 22, 2026 change before you sign up: the free plan is now company-level only, and person-level data starts at the $79/mo Starter plan. Founder Adam Robinson bootstraps the company and publicly claims $30M ARR. If your whole reason for looking past Leadinfo is getting a name instead of a company, this is the other serious option next to VisiLead.

6. Albacross

€59/mo (Starter, annual billing; €84/mo monthly)

Best for: European traffic plus built-in outreach automation

Albacross has pivoted to an intent-plus-auto-engage platform, bundling automated email and LinkedIn sequencing with contact credits into every plan, and restructured pricing in March 2026 into annual and monthly tiers, with annual about 30% cheaper. Identification is company-level. It is a small vendor, around $1.5M revenue per Latka's 2024 data, which cuts both ways: attentive to customers, but the Visitor Queue lesson about small vendors and acquisitions applies.

7. Lead Forensics

Quote-only; ~$6,000/yr entry per third-party quote data, ~$17,486/yr median per Vendr

Best for: Larger teams that want managed onboarding and can sit through a sales cycle

The enterprise end of company-level identification. Independent, UK-registered, no acquisition in sight, and a long G2 badge streak running to 47 badges in Summer 2026. There is no self-serve signup or public pricing, and third-party pricing trackers report 10-20% renewal increases as standard practice, so negotiate a renewal cap up front. It is a big step up in commitment from a $39/mo tool and makes sense mainly at higher traffic volumes.

Bottom line

Start with logistics, not vendor comparisons: export every lead list from Visitor Queue to CSV, and get your post-migration pricing from Leadinfo in writing, because nothing has been published. Then look at where your buyers sit. Teams selling into Europe lose little by accepting the migration; Leadinfo is a capable company-level tool on its home turf. North American teams that chose Visitor Queue for cheap, USD-billed identification have closer matches: Snitcher repeats the old formula at $49/mo on annual billing, and VisiLead starts at $29/mo with person-level identification on US traffic, which no version of Visitor Queue offered. Run the free plans and trials against the same stretch of traffic and let the results decide.

Frequently asked questions

Is Visitor Queue shutting down?+

Visitor Queue is no longer sold as a standalone product. Leadinfo, a team.blue brand, acquired it in a deal announced January 20, 2026, and visitorqueue.com now 301-redirects to leadinfo.com. Existing customers are being migrated to Leadinfo's platform; the companies have promised support and product continuity but published no migration timeline or pricing guarantees.

Do I have to accept the Leadinfo migration?+

No. Legacy Visitor Queue plans were month-to-month, so most customers can cancel at renewal and move to any other tool. The migration to Leadinfo is the default path, not a contractual obligation. Export your lead CSVs before you lose account access either way.

What is the cheapest Visitor Queue alternative?+

Entry prices on this list run from VisiLead at $29/mo (with a 10-credit free plan) and Snitcher at $49/mo on annual billing, up to Lead Forensics at around $6,000 per year. Leadfeeder's free Lite tier and RB2B's free company-level tier cost nothing if their limits fit your traffic. The honest answer depends on volume: compare cost per identified company at your actual traffic level, not the sticker price.

Which Visitor Queue alternatives identify the actual person, not just the company?+

RB2B and VisiLead, in both cases for US traffic only. RB2B's person-level plans start at $79/mo, with its free tier limited to company-level data since January 22, 2026. VisiLead counts an identified person or company as one credit on any plan, starting at $29/mo for 100 credits. Every other tool on this list, including Leadinfo, identifies at the company level.

Will my Visitor Queue data transfer to a new tool?+

No. Visitor identification history does not port between vendors; whichever tool you pick starts collecting the day you install its script. Export your Visitor Queue lead lists to CSV now, while your login still works, because no data-retention terms for the migration have been published.

How long does switching from Visitor Queue take?+

Minutes for the install: every tool on this list runs on a single tracking script, and VisiLead's setup takes about two minutes. The slower part is evaluation. Give each candidate a comparable window of traffic using the 14-day trials on Snitcher and Leadinfo and the free tiers on VisiLead, Leadfeeder, and RB2B, then compare identified accounts against your CRM before you commit.
