Common Room Pricing: $30,000 a Year Is the Starting Line
Unusually for a signals platform, Common Room prints one real price. Here is what Essential includes, what the custom tiers add, and how to price only the website-visitor piece if that is all you need.
Common Room's entry plan, Essential, costs $2,500 a month billed annually, which is $30,000 a year before add-ons, according to its pricing page as checked on October 25, 2026. Advanced and Enterprise are custom quotes, and no free tier is listed. Vendr's marketplace data (77 purchases, last updated February 2026) puts the median contract at $27,000 a year within a $9,946 to $84,640 range; those deals likely include contracts signed before the current tiers were published.
Common Room is a buyer-signal platform. It combines CRM, product usage, marketing, community, and website activity into person-level profiles, then adds RoomieAI research agents, a Prospector contact database, and Bombora Company Surge intent topics. It also took in Koala customers after Koala shut down in September 2025, offering to match their pricing tiers. On July 2, 2026, Zoom announced a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room and fold it into Zoom Revenue Accelerator; we found no closing announcement as of this check.
For many readers the relevant part is the website piece. Each plan includes a fixed number of website deanonymizations (1,000 a month on Essential and Advanced, unlimited on Enterprise), and Common Room's documentation says IP data alone resolves the organization, not the person. Person-level matching for US visitors runs through a partner integration with Vector, which needs its own Vector account.

What the pricing page doesn’t tell you
Features sold only as add-ons
DataAgent and product signals are marked add-on only in the feature matrix. A product-led company that wants product usage signals inside Common Room should expect to pay above the Essential price from day one.
Separate credit meters
RoomieAI research, Prospector, and premium phone enrichment each draw on their own allowance (5,000, 2,500, and 100 on Essential). Extra Prospector credits are an add-on, so heavy list building raises the bill even when seats stay flat.
US person-level matching runs through a partner
Common Room's Enhanced US Visitor Tracking needs a separate Vector account. Vector gives Common Room customers 1,000 credits a month at no cost, and more requires a paid Vector plan. The docs report 60 to 75 percent accuracy in tests for that contact-level data.
Onboarding, support, and escalators
Vendr lists onboarding at $5,000 to $20,000 or more, premium support or CSM fees adding 10 to 20 percent, and annual escalators of 5 to 10 percent. Its own page gives two different renewal-increase ranges (5 to 15 percent and 10 to 20 percent), so cap the increase in writing.
An acquisition in progress
With Zoom's agreement to acquire Common Room announced in July 2026, packaging and renewal terms could change. Ask what happens to your plan, your price, and your data if the product is folded into Zoom Revenue Accelerator, and put any price lock into the contract.
How Common Room pricing compares to VisiLead
If the only question you need answered is which companies and people visited your website, price that job on its own. Common Room's Essential plan bundles it with community, product, CRM, and intent signals for $30,000 a year, including 1,000 website deanonymizations a month. VisiLead's Scale plan costs $299 a month, billed monthly, for 1,000 credits a month, where a credit is one newly identified company or one newly identified US person and repeat visits cost nothing. Starter ($29 for 100 credits) and Growth ($79 for 250) cover smaller sites, and the free plan has 10 one-time credits. The units are not identical, so compare them on your own traffic.
That comparison flatters VisiLead only for the website job. It does not ingest community, product usage, or social signals, sells no Bombora-style third-party intent, has no contact database to prospect from, and has no native CRM sync yet (in development). Its US person-level identification returns name, job title, seniority, and LinkedIn URL, not an email address. Published match rates set the expectation: across 14 customer sites from July to October 2026, VisiLead matched 21.5 percent of visits to a company and 12.1 percent of unique US visitors to a person. If community and product signals drive your go-to-market, Common Room earns its price. If all you want is a website visitor feed, most of that $30,000 pays for screens you will never open.
Is Common Room worth it?
Common Room is one of the few signal platforms with a published entry price, and $30,000 a year is candid about who it serves: teams with community, product, and CRM signals worth combining, and at least five people to act on them. Buyers who only need website identification should not start here. Price the website job by itself first, and if you do choose Common Room, cap the escalator and ask how the Zoom acquisition affects your renewal.
Common Room pricing FAQ
How much does Common Room cost?+
Common Room's Essential plan costs $2,500 a month billed annually, or $30,000 a year, with 5 seats and 1,000 website deanonymizations a month. Advanced and Enterprise are custom-priced. Vendr's February 2026 data shows a median contract of $27,000 a year, ranging from $9,946 to $84,640, and add-ons such as DataAgent and extra Prospector credits cost more.
Does Common Room have a free plan?+
Not on the current pricing page. As of October 25, 2026, the page lists Essential at $2,500 a month billed annually and two custom tiers, with no free tier. Vendr also notes there is no self-service free trial, so evaluation runs through the sales team.
Does Common Room identify individual website visitors?+
Partly. Its docs say IP data alone resolves the organization or location, not the person. Visitors become known through identity events such as a form fill, app sign-in, or tracked link. For US traffic, an optional Vector integration adds person-level matching, which requires a separate Vector account with 1,000 free credits a month for Common Room customers.
What are the main Common Room competitors and alternatives?+
It depends on the job. For broad signal platforms, buyers compare Warmly (HubSpot announced it is acquiring Warmly in June 2026) and Factors.ai, with 6sense and Demandbase at the enterprise ABM end. For website identification alone, Snitcher (from $49 a month on annual billing) and Leadfeeder (from €79 a month billed annually) cover companies, and VisiLead covers companies plus US individuals from $29 a month.
Is Common Room part of Zoom?+
Zoom announced a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room on July 2, 2026, with plans to bring it into Zoom Revenue Accelerator; at announcement the deal was expected to close within weeks. We found no closing announcement when we checked on October 25, 2026. Ask your account team which entity you will contract with and what changes at renewal.
How do you negotiate Common Room pricing?+
Vendr reports annual commitments typically land 10 to 20 percent off list, multi-year terms of 24 to 36 months 20 to 30 percent off, and competing quotes 25 to 35 percent off the first offer. Start 60 to 90 days before your start date, ask for onboarding to be included, cap annual increases at 5 percent or less, and fix overage pricing in the contract.
Know what you pay for, and what it returns
VisiLead starts free and shows which channels bring the companies and people who convert. $29/mo entry, no annual lock-in, no sales call.
