Snitcher Review: The Company-ID Tool Reviewers Like Most
A rival wrote this one (VisiLead competes with Snitcher), so read it as a competitor's view and check it: each rating and price carries its platform and the date we looked, October 25, 2026.
What is Snitcher?
Snitcher is a B2B website visitor identification platform from the Netherlands that resolves IP addresses to companies and adds page-level behavior, lead scoring, segments, and alerts on top. The company was founded in 2015 and is bootstrapped. Its self-serve plan includes CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, Attio, Close), GA4 enrichment, Zapier and webhooks, a REST API, and Slack and email alerts, with no per-integration fees.
The pricing page also lists user identification through the Identity Layer, and the homepage talks about finding contacts behind visits. Read the documentation before assuming what that means. Per Snitcher's docs, a person is identified only when they provide an email, through a form, a login, an identify() call, or an email link, and their earlier anonymous sessions are then stitched to that profile. It connects known people to their browsing history; it does not name anonymous visitors.
Next to the self-serve plan, Snitcher sells Radar, a white-label IP-to-company API, and runs an agency partner program for teams managing client accounts. Its reviewers are mostly small European companies: 188 of its 248 G2 reviews come from businesses with 50 or fewer employees, and 153 come from Europe against 68 from North America.
Quick verdict
Snitcher has the cleanest review record among company-identification tools: 4.8/5 on G2 across 248 reviews, 89% of them five-star, with no one- or two-star ratings shown. People like the quick install, the onboarding team, and the HubSpot sync. Its limits are structural rather than quality problems. The price steps up with every band of identified companies, and anonymous visitors stay anonymous at the person level, which is the single most common wish in its reviews from July to October 2026.
G2 (checked October 25, 2026): 4.8/5 from 248 reviews. Praise centers on ease of use (43 mentions), customer support (19), lead generation (17), integrations (15), and immediate insights (15). Complaints center on cost rising with identified companies (10), filtering such as geography and spam exclusion (6), missing information, chiefly not seeing which person visited (5), subscription cost (4), and no bulk delete for irrelevant leads (4). Capterra lists just 7 reviews (4.4/5, dated 2017 to 2023), too few to weigh, and there is no Trustpilot profile at snitcher.com.
Snitcher pros and cons
What it does well
- Low entry point with a real trial: $49/mo for up to 50 identified companies on annual billing, and 14 days free without a card
- Flexible terms: the pricing page says you can cancel anytime, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee, and access runs to the end of the billing period
- Every feature on every tier, including CRM sync, the REST API, Zapier, webhooks, and real-time Slack and email alerts
- Unlimited team members with no per-seat fee
- A company counts once per billing period, so return visits from the same account do not use up your tier
- Onboarding earns specific praise: October 2026 G2 reviewers describe several setup sessions to tune the ICP, and others call out form-abandonment and closed-lost return alerts as favorite features
Where it falls short
- Anonymous traffic is identified at company level only: G2 reviews from July to October 2026 repeatedly say they cannot see which person at the company viewed the page
- Cost rises band by band, from $49 (0 to 50 companies) to $229 (751 to 1,000) and $529 (4,001 to 5,000) a month on annual billing, and price is the top complaint theme on G2
- Filtering gaps: reviewers ask for better geographic filters and spam exclusion, and a real-estate reviewer reports tenant traffic diluting the lead list
- No bulk delete for irrelevant leads, according to G2 reviewers
- Support works on Netherlands hours, which two US reviewers in October 2026 mention as making calls hard to schedule
- Monthly billing costs more than the headline: our September 2026 check found the entry tier at $79 billed monthly, and Snitcher advertises annual as 30% off monthly

Snitcher says paying annually saves 30% against monthly billing and offers discounts for startups, non-profits, and education. When you approach your monthly identification limit you get an in-app warning and the option to move up a tier. Unlike most competitors, the self-serve plan carries no long-term contract. Is Snitcher legit?
Yes. Snitcher is a real, bootstrapped Dutch software company founded in 2015, with 248 G2 reviews averaging 4.8/5 and new reviews arriving as recently as October 23, 2026. Its self-serve terms are among the most buyer-friendly in visitor identification: a trial without a card, published prices, and a stated cancel-anytime policy.
The one word to read carefully is 'identification'. The marketing mentions contacts behind visits, and the pricing page lists user identification, but the documentation is explicit that people are identified only after they share an email. For a visitor who never fills in a form, you get the company, its on-site behavior, and contact suggestions at that company. A 2019 Capterra review also described a hidden lead cap on a very high-traffic site; today's pricing caps volume openly, by identified companies per tier.
Who should buy Snitcher
Snitcher suits small and mid-sized B2B teams, many of them European, that want company-level identification with clean CRM sync, an API, and terms they can walk away from. It is a strong choice when your buyer is the account and any rep can work it. Skip it if your sales motion depends on the individual visitor's name on US traffic, or if you identify thousands of companies a month and the per-band price outgrows what the leads are worth.
Snitcher alternatives worth a look
Leadfeeder
Free Lite; Discover from €79/mo billed annually (€113 monthly)Best for: Teams that want a free tier and a long CRM integration list
The older EU company-identification tool, rated 4.3/5 on G2 across 869 reviews. More integrations and a usable free plan, but steeper pricing as volume grows and a renewal process that draws repeated complaints on Capterra and Trustpilot.
Leadinfo
From €69/mo billed annually (€99 monthly)Best for: European SMBs comparing several company-ID tools on price
Company-level identification priced by identified-company volume, sized during a 14-day trial. Native HubSpot and Dynamics sync start on the Scale tier, and outreach and chatbot add-ons are billed on top.
VisiLead
Free (10 one-time credits); Starter $29/moBest for: Knowing which person visited on US traffic, not just the company
Our product, listed because it competes with Snitcher head on. The practical difference is coverage: VisiLead names the individual visitor on US traffic (name, job title, seniority, LinkedIn URL), the gap Snitcher reviewers raise most, alongside companies worldwide. It bills monthly from $29 to $299. Snitcher is ahead on plumbing today: VisiLead has no native CRM sync yet (in development) and no public API.
Snitcher FAQ
How much does Snitcher cost?+
Snitcher starts at $49 a month for up to 50 identified companies on annual billing and climbs through ten steps to $529 a month for 4,001 to 5,000 companies, with custom pricing above that. Monthly billing costs more; our September 2026 check found $79 for the entry tier. Every tier includes all features and unlimited users, and a 14-day trial needs no card.
Does Snitcher identify individual visitors?+
Only once they identify themselves. Snitcher matches anonymous visits to companies by IP address. Its Identity Layer links a person to their sessions after they provide an email through a form, login, or tracked link, according to Snitcher's documentation. Visitors who never share an email stay at the company level, which is why several 2026 G2 reviewers say they cannot see who exactly viewed a page.
Can I cancel Snitcher anytime?+
Yes, according to its pricing page: there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. That is a real difference from annual-contract competitors in this category. If you choose annual billing for the 30% saving, the commitment is the year you paid for.
Does Snitcher have a free plan?+
No permanent free plan is listed on the pricing page. Snitcher offers a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature and no credit card, and you pick a paid tier at the end. If you need a free tier to keep, Leadfeeder Lite and VisiLead's free plan are the nearest options.
Is Snitcher GDPR compliant?+
Snitcher says it is built for GDPR compliance and processes data under the legitimate-interest basis in Article 6(1)(f), focusing on company-level data and surfacing individual contact details only when you choose to reveal them. As with any tracking tool, your own consent setup and privacy notice still need to cover it; ask for the data processing agreement during the trial.
Snitcher or Leadfeeder: which is better?+
On reviews, Snitcher leads: 4.8/5 on G2 across 248 reviews against Leadfeeder's 4.3/5 across 869. Snitcher also offers cancel-anytime self-serve terms. Leadfeeder answers back with a free Lite plan and a longer integration list. Both identify companies rather than people, so neither one names an anonymous visitor.
Researching your GTM stack?
Whatever you pick for outbound, VisiLead shows you the companies and people already visiting your site, and which channels bring the visitors who convert. Free plan, no credit card.
